Article Processing Charge (APC)

JCIS operates on a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) model to sustain editorial management, peer review coordination, copyediting, DOI registration, and long-term archiving.

Waivers and discounts may be granted, in full or in part, for authors from low-income economies (per the World Bank classification) or in cases of demonstrated financial hardship, upon written request submitted at the time of manuscript submission. There is no submission fee; the APC is charged only upon final editorial acceptance and is never a factor in the editorial decision.
