Archive Policy

Edusantri is committed to ensuring the long-term availability and permanent accessibility of all published content. The journal’s archiving policy encompasses the following mechanisms:

Digital Archiving

All published articles are digitally archived through the CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system and the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) as part of the open-source archiving infrastructure. Archiving is also performed through Portico to ensure continued access in the event that the journal ceases operations.

National Archiving

In addition to international archiving, the journal also archives its content through the national GARUDA portal and through relevant institutional repositories.

Permanent Identification

Each published article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through CrossRef as a permanent identifier, ensuring that every article can be located and accessed at any time from anywhere in the world.

Authors are also encouraged to self-archive their accepted manuscripts in their institutional repositories or on platforms such as Zenodo, to enhance the visibility and long-term preservation of their work.
