Author Guidelines

Authors are required to read and comply with the following submission guidelines before submitting a manuscript. Manuscripts that do not conform to these guidelines may be returned without entering the review process.

General Requirements

• The manuscript must be the result of original research that has not been previously published and is not currently under review in another journal.  • Manuscripts must be written in correct and standard Bahasa Indonesia or English. • Manuscript length should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, excluding the reference list. • Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) through the journal’s OJS system.

Formatting Requirements

• Manuscripts must use A4 paper size with 2.5 cm margins on all sides.  • The required typeface is Times New Roman, 12 pt, with 1.5 line spacing.  • The article title must be written in title case and must not exceed 20 words.  • The abstract must be written in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, each between 150 and 250 words.  • Keywords must consist of 4 to 6 carefully selected words or phrases and must be provided in both languages.

Manuscript Structure

• Empirical research articles must follow this structure: Title; Author Names and Affiliations; Abstract and Keywords; Introduction; Research Methodology; Results and Discussion; Conclusion; and References.  • Conceptual papers or literature review articles may adopt a structure suited to the nature of the study, provided they include a strong introduction, systematic discussion, and clear conclusion.

References

• All references must follow the APA (American Psychological Association) citation style, 7th edition.  • At least 80% of references used must be primary sources published within the last ten years.  • References from Scopus- or Web of Science-indexed journals are strongly encouraged.  • Reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote are recommended.

Ethical Declaration

• Authors must include a statement confirming that ethical clearance has been obtained when the research involves human subjects.  • Authors are also required to disclose all research funding sources and to declare whether any conflicts of interest exist.
