Edusantri applies a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) policy as follows:

Submission Fee

There is no charge for manuscript submission. Authors may submit their manuscripts at no cost at the initial stage.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, an article processing charge is levied to cover the operational costs of publication, including language editing, typesetting, archiving, and system maintenance. Up-to-date information on the APC amount and payment procedures is available on the journal’s official website.

Fee Waiver

The editorial board provides a fee waiver mechanism for authors from developing country institutions or authors facing demonstrable financial constraints. Waiver applications may be submitted together with the manuscript, accompanied by a written explanation and relevant supporting documentation. The decision on fee waivers rests entirely with the Editor-in-Chief and has no bearing on the review process.
